What's In My Cart During Quarantine: NAVY BLUE BOUTIQUE Edition!

Welcome back sassy ladies + gents!! Today is a special what is in my cart... My boyfriend's sister-in-law, Gabi, owns a boutique out of Lebanon, Indiana called Navy Blue Boutique. Honestly, it is a great go-to place for fun or basic pieces of clothing, and most importantly it is AFFORDABLE!
