Hello ladies! I’m back with something a little new and different!

I was approached by a local CBD company’s social media management and we decide to partner together! Before this experience, I had never used CBD because I had never been properly educated.

GreenLife Remedies is an amazing CBD Boutique here in the South End area of Charlotte. It is SUCH a nice location—it isn’t right in the hustle n bustle of South End but it is so easily accessible and close to everything. Green Life Remedies is owned by a husband and wife duo—Matt + Nina! I had the pleasure to meet with Matt and learn alllll about their company, vision, mission, and CBD.

So I can’t lie I was a CBD NEWBIE. I knew literally 0 things—zilp, zilch, nothing haha! As a healthcare professional, I am all about the science and the facts; and as a psychosocial healthcare provider, I am all about the feeling and the emotional/physical/psychosocial response to a product. Matt was able to answer EVERY SINGLE QUESTION that I had. This is Matt and Nina’s love and passion. They are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their store and their products. They only sell the very BEST products and they know where each product they sell has come from. They also have their own CBD brand that they sell in stores called Tar Heal Pharms (also how cute + clever!). Together Matt + Nina have over 40+ years of experience with cannabis and it shows. I was blown away by the passion. It was awesome because I was able to spend over an HOUR just chatting with Matt and getting to know his story and vice versa. They are truly the KINDEST people who just want to help others thrive in life and be their best selves. . . and if you are new here that is RIGHT up my alley. My whole entire goal of blogging/influencing is to help others be the best version of themselves through beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. I truly believe that if you look good you, feel good, and if you take the time to find the right quality products for you (and I’m not talking about shortcuts) that you feel good.  I only promote the best and Green Life Remedies + Tar Heal Pharms owned by Matt and Nina fit that bill to a TEE.

Okay now for the nitty-gritty; I’m going to share pictures of the boutique and about each product, I had the pleasure to be gifted and try out!

SO one might be like; GREAT Sammi, but why the heck would I use CBD anyways, what does it even do? Well, I’m glad you asked! CBD has MANY uses (peep the above pictures and informational posters)! I was able to chat with Matt about my specific needs and he was able to point me in the right direction. I have moderate to severe anxiety; I was in a terrible car accident last year so being in the car and even just the thought of death is overwhelming. I also have trouble getting good restful sleep. There is no real rhyme or reason to this but in the past 3.5 years I’ve worked literally every shift possible for a CCLS; from a year and a half I worked 3 days a week until 12 am, then for 6 months I worked Friday-Monday and worked 6 am-4 pm, and for the past year I have worked 7:30 am-whenever patient care is done.

Matt was able to sit down with me and show me the exact products that would benefit ME the most. The following is what I got:

1. Hemp Lotion (overall body lotion, thick best for after a shower/bath—I haven’t used this yet)

2. Daily Face Cream (I use this every day and it is so gentle on my skin!)

3. Releaf Drops (good to use as needed, drops to put under the tongue—I haven’t used this yet)

4. Sour Gummy Worms (tasty and good for on the go—I haven’t used this yet)

5. Eye Nectar (I LOVE this—brightens and is easy to roll on)

6. Hemp Bath Bomb (one time use amazing bath bomb—saving it for a special day!)

7. CBD Gummies (good for on the go!)

8. Chocolate (looks AMAZING—saving it for a special day with Mitch!)

9. Sleepy Bear Nighttime Gummies (these aid in sleeping and have a good flavor!)

Overall, the products I have tried are absolutely worth the money and are amazing. I can’t wait to finish trying all of these, figuring out exactly what works best for me, and buying some more!
